Ghanaian rapper Strongman has dropped a brand new single titled Let Them Say featuring the smooth-voiced singer Akwaboah. Strong Empire released the track on September 4, 2025 with MiPROMO Media handling digital distribution. Jay Scratch, a well-known producer in Ghana’s hip hop and hiplife circles, produced the song. The track runs for about three minutes and thirty six seconds, making it perfect for radio play.
This release marks another exciting collaboration between Strongman and Akwaboah. They earlier joined forces on Transformer, which remains one of their most streamed songs and continues to win the hearts of fans. In Let Them Say, Strongman’s commanding lyrics blend perfectly with Akwaboah’s soulful singing.
Strongman has kept himself busy throughout 2025. In July he dropped a six track EP titled In So Many Words which runs for about nineteen minutes. He also released singles like Problem that kept his name trending on the Ghanaian music scene.
Akwaboah has also stayed active this year. In May 2025 he put out a live album called Live and Personal (Live) which features nine tracks and runs for about forty one minutes. He followed up with singles including Smile Again, Wo Ye, Never and Se Wo Do Me. His single Smile Again came with a video that featured actress Nadia Buari, attracting a lot of attention.
With Let Them Say, Strongman and Akwaboah once again show that they form a powerful duo in Ghanaian music. Their mix of rap and soul brings freshness to the industry and this single proves their consistency and talent.
