A video that has since gone viral on social media shows Prof Ifeanyi Sunny of the Chinese department drilling a female student with the promise of making her pass his exams.
Last Saturday, angry students of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (NAU), Awka, attacked and stripped an unidentified lecturer in the Department of Chinese Studies over an allegation of attempted sexual molestation of a female student.
NAU, a federal university in Anambra State, is popularly known as UNIZIK.
According to information gathered, the incident happened after the female student came out of the lecturer’s office with his clothes, claiming that the lecturer attempted to sexually assault her in the office.
A video clip, which has gone viral on TikTok shows at least six men, believed to be students, hitting and stomping on the lecturer who was completely stripped, within the university premises.
